shipping and returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. We cannot accept returns after 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Within 30 days of receipt and inspection of order refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is based on the product availability, size, and weight. In stock items will ship 24-48 hours after order confirmation. We try to keep our high demand items in stock, but if your item is unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours with a timeframe or additional options. Delivery and Processing (D&P) feels are subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). We do not charge for standard delivery for any orders over $150. If order total is less than $150, there will be a shipping fee of $7.00.
Add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note that 2-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping are not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
*Delivery transit days will vary depending upon the destination. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive updates regarding the status of your order, including a notification when it ships*, at the email address you provided when ordering.
You may also request information via email. Please have your order confirmation number handy so we may respond quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. If order has shipped, please see returns
